Nigerian Dancehall songstress, Cynthia Morgan, is back at it and once again, her ex-label manager is the subject of accusation.
Jude Okoye and Cynthia Morgan have not been in good terms after their fallout. Morgan, who was already becoming a major player and a force to reckon with in the music industry, ghosted off the scene after her fallout with former management.
Although speculations around her disappearance focused more on health concerns, however, she would go on to announce her comeback on the internet years after her sudden disappearance.
When questioned about her whereabouts, she revealed how the fallout with her ex-manager played her a crucial part in her disappearance affected her, which led to the retraction of her former stage name, ‘Cynthia Morgan’ and all her social media channels. She also revealed how she had been battling some health challenges.
Jude Okoye, however, responded to these allegations stating that he had no power to withhold Morgan’s stage name and that she owes him over $40 million. This stirred an uproar on social media and a lot of celebrities would go on to react and give their own thoughts on the issue.
It would seem as both had let the matters go after the outrage, until Cynthia took to her instagram story to demand a sum of 7 million naira from Jude, one she claims he owes her.
She also dragged Joy Tongo in by sharing a photo of her with the inscription ‘RIP’ on it.
